POLICIES
DEPOSITS:
. All deposits are non-refundable and will be 100% retained to secure your appointment slot.
•Deposits are required to book and hold your appointment time, and they will be added to your payment on the day of your first scheduled appointment.
•In the event of a no-show, cancellation, or arrival more than 15 minutes late, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited. Please schedule appointments you know you can attend to avoid this.
•If you cancel or no-show and wish to reschedule at a later date, another deposit will be required to secure the new appointment time.
•Once a deposit is placed, it cannot be refunded as it secures the reserved time slot.
ARRIVING LATE:
•If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, it may be considered a last-minute cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit and appointment time. Rescheduling would require placing another deposit.
RESCHEDULING:
•We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Providing a minimum of 3 days’ notice for rescheduling will allow you to retain your full deposit without any rescheduling fees.
•Less than 3 days’ notice will incur a small rescheduling fee, as it doesn’t allow sufficient time to fill the spot.
•Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will be considered a last-minute cancellation, necessitating the forfeiture of the full deposit and requiring a new deposit to rebook.
FREQUENT RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION:
•If rescheduling or cancellation occurs more than twice, a full payment for the service will be required as the next deposit.
•Further cancellations or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of both the deposit and the service cost.
REFUNDS:
•We do not offer refunds for deposits or services rendered under any circumstances.
•Once the appointment is booked and products have been used, payment is required.
•Each client’s results may vary, and expectations are discussed before the appointment.
•Pre-care and aftercare instructions must be followed, and failing to do so does not warrant a refund.
•Pre-screening is done to ensure safety and proper healing, but unpredictable reactions can occur due to individual differences.
•Clients have the option of a patch test before the appointment.
•By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and understand the no-refund policy for any reason.
•We prioritize client safety and thoroughly screen clients before providing services.
